Choose the right starting point

Understand first. Develop second.

Before a player chooses lessons, changes mechanics, or makes another development decision, start by choosing the right assessment for the question.

Player Evaluation

PRE-EVALUATION FORM REQUIRED

A live, in-person instructional assessment of one selected skill. The session establishes the natural baseline, protects what works, identifies the primary constraint, tests an adjustment, and provides written direction within 2 business days. From $250.

Development Coaching

In-Person + Remote

Coaching built around the athlete’s current priority, preparation for game transfer, and long-term goals.

DiamondFrame

Consultation Required

A coach-governed operating system connecting evaluation, planning, communication, and progress.

How it works

Three steps. One clearer direction.

01 - Tell ME about the player

Share goals, background, current challenges, and available video.

02 - GET THE RIGHT ASSESSMENT

Use a live Player Evaluation for instructional development, or a Professional-Style Player Scouting Report for an evidence-responsible present profile.

03 - Follow the roadmap

Move forward with clear recommendations and work connected to the athlete’s goals.

What you receive

Depending on the service you choose, you will know what to submit, what will be reviewed, and what happens next. The goal is simple: understand what is showing up, identify the main priority, and leave with practical next steps.

Is this the right starting point?

This is for players who need a clearer starting point before adding more lessons, changing mechanics, or making another development decision. Parents, coaches, and representatives can use the same information to support the next step.

What happens next?

After you submit the form, we review the information and identify whether the right path is an In-Person Player Evaluation, a Professional-Style Player Scouting Report, or coaching. You will know what to prepare and what happens next.
